How do I book?
To book your private chauffeur and select your pickup and drop-off addresses, you must click on the link you received in your confirmation email from Silversea. Claim your ride and create your user account by entering your details, such as last name, first name, phone number, and a secure password.

Who is entitled to book the Blacklane private transfer?
Silversea’s exclusive Private Executive Transfers service is available as a component of Silversea’s Door-to-Door All-inclusive offering, included on all Door-to-Door voyages (reduced rates do not qualify).

How do I contact the Blacklane Customer Care team?
The Blacklane Customer Care team is available around the clock. Simply initiate a chat by selecting the chat bubble in the bottom right-hand corner of the Blacklane booking website. If you download the Blacklane mobile app for iOS or Android, you can alternatively chat with the Blacklane team in the Help tab. How many transfers am I entitled to?
Each guest is entitled to two complimentary transfers, one to be used for Departure (from your home city to the airport) and one for Arrival (from the airport to your home) after the voyage.

How do I know if Blacklane operates in my hometown?
Blacklane operates in over 50 countries and in over 200 cities around the world. New destinations are always being added and you can check coverage by visitinge by visiting https://www.blacklane.com/en/cities/ or www.blacklane.com

What if my city is not covered?
If at the time of booking your city is not covered, there may be a chance that Blacklane may add your destination to their coverage by the time of the cruise. If not, guests can request a non-use credit of USD 100/EUR 85/BPS 75/CAD 125/AUD 125.

When do l receive my booking confirmation?
Your confirmation email will be sent right after your booking is completed. Silversea will issue your complimentary Blacklane entitlements 30 days prior to your sail date, and then you can book your Blacklane transfer.

Which channels can I use to manage my ride?
Once your ride is booked, you can easily view and cancel it using the Blacklane website or smartphone app. If you wish to make any changes to your ride, amendments are now possible in the booking funnel by clicking on the edit pencil for the ride you wish to amend.

I live close to the port. Can I use this transfer to go to the pier?
Yes, you can, provided it is within service range.

l am sharing a suite with friends and we live in different households. Do we get separate transfers?
If Blacklane is unable to service you all with one transfer, multiple transfers will be arranged, for example, if your friends live in multiple cities or at distant addresses within the same city.

What vehicle class can I book?
You can choose from two vehicle classes—Business Class (Mercedes E-Class, BMW 5 Series, Audi A6, Cadillac XTS, or similar) and Business Van/SUV (Mercedes V-Class, Chevy Suburban, Cadillac Escalade, or similar).

How do I find out the luggage capacity of the vehicles?
You can see the maximum luggage capacity of each vehicle class when booking, next to the bag symbol. You will also see the amount of people that each vehicle class can carry. Business Class vehicles can accommodate three people and two items of luggage, and Business Van/SUV can accommodate five people and five items of luggage. These numbers are not absolute as they are based on average luggage sizes.

How long will the chauffeur wait for me?
For a pickup from a hotel or home address, your chauffeur will wait for you for 15 minutes before leaving the pickup point. Airport pickups come with one hour of complimentary wait time before the chauffeur will leave the pickup location. By providing your flight number when booking, your chauffeur will be able to track your arrival time and adjust your pickup time for any delays and early arrivals (where possible).

How can I contact my chauffeur?
The chauffeur’s name and phone number will be sent to you one hour before pickup via email and SMS.

Can unaccompanied minors travel with Blacklane?
No, children and minors must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the ride.

How far in advance can I book my transfers?
The transfers can be booked upon the reception of the email communication from Silversea, up to 30 days before the voyage embarkation date.

My transfer will be longer than 50 miles/80 kilometers. Can I pay for the difference?
Yes, you can. You will do that directly with Blacklane at the time of booking once you receive instructions on how to do so.
